Meucci Solutions is a Belgian based telecom service provider specialized in fraud, interconnect and roaming solutions. The foundation of Meucci Solutions was laid by CTO Guy Van der Meeren who recognized the need of telecom operators for end-to-end quality monitoring. Together with co-founder Conrad Tuytte, the actual CEO, he worked out the initial concept of Meucci Solutions.

Global monitoring platform

The core of our products lies in a global platform of probes connected to more than 250 telecom operators and serving more than 75 clients in over 50 countries. The probes of this platform are supplied with end user equipment such as GSM modems, fixed lines and VoIP clients. Meucci Solutions uses industry standard modems that are also used in handsets. Basically, all actions that an end user is able to do with a handset can be performed automatically on the probes. The platform allows testing, verifying and monitoring of end user behavior.

Meucci Solutions’ unique portfolio includes Bypass & Fraud Detection, Interconnect QoS solutions, Roaming implementation services (IREG and TADIG testing) and Interconnect Training & Consultancy services. We offer flexible solutions, tailor-made at the clients’ requests and designed in a full service model allowing operators world-wide to control their networks efficiently and to improve their communication quality.

At Meucci Solutions, the client occupies the centre stage. A dedicated team of customer Service Delivery Engineers closely monitors every contract and is able to react quickly and proactively on each demand of the customer. Products and services are always developed taking the client’s wish as a starting point and our highly professional sales team travels around the world to present our solutions to the client at his premises.

All the products and solutions are offered in a full service model, which makes things as simple as possible for our clients by reducing the operational impact of measurements and tests.
